Terms & Conditions
Effective as of January 2025
1. Service Scope
Kilospakh provides legal services including contract review, corporate counsel, and intellectual property protection to businesses in Germany. All services are delivered in accordance with German law and professional legal standards.
2. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, complete information necessary for us to deliver services. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of all work product and attorney-client communications.
3. Fees & Payment
Service fees are quoted in advance and invoiced upon project completion or as agreed. Payment is due within 14 days of invoice date. Late payment may result in suspension of services.
4. Limitation of Liability
Kilospakh's total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement. We do not assume liability for decisions or actions taken based on our advice beyond the scope of our engagement.
5. Confidentiality
All client information is protected under attorney-client privilege and German data protection law. We do not disclose client information except as required by law or with explicit written consent.
6. Data Protection
Your personal data is processed in accordance with the GDPR and our Privacy Policy. We retain data only as long as necessary for service delivery and legal compliance.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due. We will provide all work product upon payment in full.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be governed by German law and settled through binding arbitration in accordance with German procedural law.
